Our Contract Manager or his designee makes our services available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year through our toll free number and voice mail service. Our goal is to respond to calls within 24 hours. Our high level performance is maintained through site visits, inspections, reviews and/or analyses of our services to ensure that contract requirements are adequately met.

Our business model is the brainchild of our CEO, Mr. Olu Oye, BSN, BSC; whose vision was to provide quality healthcare services and has built a team of like-minded professionals who share his passion and dedication to the pursuit of excellence in staffing and workforce management. His background in Nursing and specialty in Health Informatics has broaden and sharpen his skills in innovative healthcare services and technologically advanced healthcare delivery. He began his business 15 years ago under the most humbling of circumstances with his own financial resources and a small staff of three people. He has since grown Maxmed to a strong team of multiple healthcare professionals across the U.S.
